You slow my spirit down to breathe at the tempo of Your breath and sync my Heartbeat to the rhythm of your Heart when everything around me is moving too fast. When words rise quickly to my lips, I hear you gently whisper to my heart, “Pause, My Child of Love.” 

You’ve taught me to breathe in Your peaceful presence before I speak…to rest in Your strength, ability and power to help me look to Your grace before I make decisions.

Here in the House of Love, may every response be made heart-to-heart. Let kindness form where hurt once lived. Let compassion awaken before opinion. Let Your mercy and wisdom lead the way.

Thank You, Love that You train my heart to linger long enough for You to respond and long enough for You to answer first.
