♥️ HEARTCHECK LOVECHECK ♥️

How many genuinely wonderful people have you never gotten to know nor will ever truly get to know their “real” because of your preconceived notions, judgments, opinions of them? Let’s take it a step further … how many good-hearted, love-hearted people have you spoiled other’s experience of their “real” because you influenced / persuaded others to see them through your distorted, untrue view of them? People are not your judgments !! It is NOT love to size people up through the lens of your negative judgments / assumptions and then cast that person in a negative light to others as if your negative judgments equals who they “really” are. If this is your track record – please stop choosing to be unloving to others because your unhealthy needs in you is greater than being love to others. You do not get to define anyone’s worth, value, identify, importance, status or purpose in a negative way in order to make yourself feel a superficial sense of superiority over them. You are still loved by Jesus even when you choose to be unloving to others but this is not being Jesus love to others. Jesus calls you to love Him and others as yourself. Would you describe your love to look like the way Jesus treated others? It’s a fair & important question.

If you don’t really know someone’s heart please don’t try to pretend you do know them. You don’t know why they do what they do or why they act the way they do. When you take the little you do know about them and try to sum them up in your limited knowledge or experience of them – how is this loving coming to some negative conclusion of them when in fact you don’t even know them or their heart. Only God knows the real heart of a person. Only His view and opinion of them counts anyway. So maybe just resist the urge to persuade others to see people through your eyes and persuade them to only see them through His eyes of love. When you believe & experience that is how He looks at you – you won’t even be able to see others any less than He sees you. He doesn’t wear your judgment, shame, condemnation glasses. He sees through His eyes of love. He wants us to look through His love lenses to see ourselves and others through His loving view and opinion of them. Love will naturally flow out of any heart in a real loving relationship with Jesus. You don’t really have to work hard to try because your heart knows the sweet experience of His love. That’s what others will experience through you when your heart has been baptized in an authentic love experience with Jesus. Once you have encountered His Love – everything changes. Condemning, judging, shaming, accusing eyes go blind as the Light of His love awakens and opens your eyes to loving others as He does.

Please stop trying to get others to minimize or condense themselves because you don’t understand their personality, bubbly joy, quirkiness, out of the box, outside the lines colorful personality. You are one blessed person to know them and you don’t even know it. Your preconceived notions don’t hurt them – they hurt you limiting you from ever being able to see and experience the beauty of their heart. So what if they aren’t like you – that’s a good thing. So what if they don’t express themselves like you do – it’s nice to hear depth coming from one’s heart than just surface talk. So what if they don’t fit into your circle – chances are they have outgrown any unhealthy need to fit into your condensed circle. So what if you can’t get them to tone themselves down. Maybe their whole life they had to tone themselves down and now they are free-off the leash – and they are not interested in going back to the very thing they are now free of. It’s your loss if you can’t receive the whole gift of who they really are! It’s good for you that they don’t enable you anymore by staying around for you to continue to devalue, demean, under appreciate the beauty of their heart. Their existence, purpose, success and ability to accomplish their dreams is not dependent on you anyways. If you can’t see their beauty and celebrate their “real” – that says more about you than them.

Maybe you are in need of a HEARTCHECK LOVECHECK when your opinion of yourself seems to always be elevated above others. Where does this need come from if you feel you have to choose minimizing, dissing, snubbing, re-defining others in such a way that keeps you feeling loftier, holier, more popular, qualified, deserving of all positive attention that you have to cast others you don’t really know in a negative light?? I just don’t see love in any of this.

It goes on everyday all around us. It makes my heart sad for everyone negatively affected by people like this. Whether it be a loved one, friend, neighbor, spouse, acquaintance, stranger…this is hurtful. No one needs to shrink themselves to fit into your mold. How heartbreaking that anyone would ever be so desperate to have someone in their life that they would be willing to be treated like this.

This is not love for any person nor ministry to ever do this to you. How about this gift – you be you! You be the awesome, interesting, unique, entertaining, out of the box, unlimited beautiful colorful outside the lines person Jesus created you to be. If people can’t handle loving you for you – they Probably mostly only know how to love themselves or someone like themselves. That’s not on you so don’t take or accept a cheap imitation of love in a pretty box but without real love inside the box!

Love you! Love yourself with Jesus love. Don’t size down your beautiful, creative, imaginative, colorful, unique or silly side! What In the world would it ever be worth to do that and get cheap, imitation, fake or self- serving love in return. No thank you! Love yourself just like Jesus does. Let Him be your Love teacher ! He will define love for you and it will feel like real love. He will treat you like real love should treat you. He talks so highly of you ! He is super impressed with you being who He created you to be. Please don’t settle for a lesser version of yourself just to gain a few fake friends who lack depth or appreciation for marvelous “real” you. You will walk with your head chin level when you stand tall in His love.

You will know the true mirror of love when others reflect Jesus love back to you – just the way you He created you to be ! Celebrate it if you are different than others ! Celebrate your quirkiness, your sense of humor, imagination & creativity ! That stuff makes you the fun one ! We need more of you in this world! Let that goofy side of you come out and don’t hide it under a bushel. Your Light warms hearts! Your colors turn up the saturation of Jesus love in this world ! Don’t go along when others want or expect you to black out, go invisible or decrease when they are present ! I cheer you on to Shine your happy heartlight and go for HIGH BEAMS!! Don’t dim you! I love your beautiful light in this world ! It brightens my heartlight and life just you being you and here with me ! Erase those other memories and pursue friendships and love of an authentic REAL LOVE KIND !! If you choose to be anything – BE LOVE and go all out on it for LOVE’S SAKE!!!
